The Leading Lady Symposium and Panel Discussion
Symposium overview: This will be a mixture of aspiring, emerging, and accomplished women in business that have both embraced and conquered the unique challenges and opportunities facing female leaders and entrepreneurs. An empowering & enlightening combination of speakers, panel discussions, & networking.
The Leading Lady is not a “pep rally”. This isn’t the typical “motivational” conference where you listen to speaker after speaker brag about how successful they are without providing you with a blueprint to achieve your goals. This summit is about providing you with substance.
You are obviously in the process of developing or scaling a company or you wouldn’t be registering. We know that reaching the 7 or 8 figure mark will be determined by your ability to do these things at a high level:
Develop a winning strategy
Build a strong brand
Implement efficient and effective systems
Build business credit and raise capital
Implement accountability and financial controls
Attract, develop, and retain talented people
The symposium will be punctuated with a spirited and powerful panel discussion. The purpose of the panel discussion is for emerging female leaders and entrepreneurs to learn from the experiences of accomplished women.
Topics for discussion will include
Women and Leadership
Relationship Building and Mentoring
Achieving Work/Life Balance
Sunday January 13th, 4pm-6pm
The Leading Lady Awards Ceremony
At the Leading Lady Awards Ceremony, we will honor female business leaders representing Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and Georgia that have attained success by leading with class, character, and charisma.
