The Leading Lady is a 3-day entrepreneurship and leadership experience that will provide 100 professional women with the information, resources, and relationships to maximize their potential in business. This event will convene some of the region’s best and brightest female entrepreneurs and business leaders. The initiative will feature a mixer and symposium, punctuated by an award ceremony held at the beautiful, historic Watermark Hotel in Downtown Baton Rouge.

The Leading Lady Mixer will catapult us into the weekend with a mixture of craft cocktails, floating hors d’oeuvres, and progressive people. Attendees will be immersed in a vibrant fusion of classic elegance and modern decor in the Lower Level Lobby of the historic Watermark Hotel in Downtown Baton Rouge.

The Leading Lady Symposium and Panel Discussion
Symposium overview: This will be a mixture of aspiring, emerging, and accomplished women in business that have both embraced and conquered the unique challenges and opportunities facing female leaders and entrepreneurs. An empowering & enlightening combination of speakers, panel discussions, & networking.
The Leading Lady is not a “pep rally”. This isn’t the typical “motivational” conference where you listen to speaker after speaker brag about how successful they are without providing you with a blueprint to achieve your goals. This summit is about providing you with substance.
You are obviously in the process of developing or scaling a company or you wouldn’t be registering. We know that reaching the 7 or 8 figure mark will be determined by your ability to do these things at a high level:
